What I LOVE and HATE about the internet…
What I LOVE about the internet:
I spent last night, with my son watching Paul Simon’s set at the Glastonbury festival all posted on You Tube. We watched him do so many tracks, including a Kodachrome/Gone at Last combination, which just blew my mind…and gave us something special that was not at all accessible to us normally…
And then what I HATE about the internet:
Imagine my disappointment this morning, as I went to watch again, and all were removed and replaced with the following:
“This video is no longer available because the YouTube account has been terminated due to multiple third-party notifications of copyright infringement from claimants etc etc etc…”
I know the BBC have loaded one song, being ‘So beautiful or so what’ (Brilliant also I might add!!) which is a great little teaser, and is meant to excite us enough to purchase what I am sure will be their upcoming highlights reel of the entire festival…
Really wouldn’t mind buying it, but quite frankly I don’t really want to see the other performers…Just want to watch Gone at Last again…Or Boy in the Bubble…Or…You get my drift…
Sigh. Vent over.
This is one of my most favourite songs of all time…Written by the musical genius, Paul Simon. I was trawling through Youtube last night, during a rather extended insomnia moment, and came across this version of the song. L.O.V.E. IT!! And Boy in Bubble (Link Below) may be even more brilliant…

Zoe and Ollie at the Horse of the Year show, NZ. Finally got round to downloading the photos. She was 5th in her rider class and even though her pony was really naughty, and bucked in the pony class he still came 10th. Great first HOY for us!
